Bennett Park is a beautiful place to enjoy scenery, relax, go fishing, have a picnic in the shelter house, and play on the playground. 

Bennett Park is a common area available for property owners and their guests.

FISHING POND

The pond is a popular place for recreational fishing or even just a place to enjoy nature. 

There is a fishing pier that extends the width of the pond.  

A fishing license is required, and available for purchase at our Marina. Many bring their own lawn chairs and a bagged lunch.

WARNING: In the winter, if the pond is frozen, the ice may not be safe, proceed at your own risk.

PICNIC SHELTER & PLAYGROUND

The picnic shelter offers picnic tables and a barbecue grill.  A beach shelter reservation is required in-season (Memorial Day through Labor Day).  

A reservation form and payment must be received by the Administration Office to reserve.  

There is no cost during off-season or holiday weekends, and the shelter is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

On the top of the hill that overlooks the pond, there is a children's playground equipped with a slide, swings, a jungle gym and other play equipment. 

There is a paved parking lot next to the children's playground complete with a basketball hoop.
