FITNESS MEMBERSHIP AND ACCESS CARD REQUIRED
 

The lower level houses a fitness center, which is equipped with cardio and strength training machines, free weights & benches, and televisions. 

There are men's and women's changing rooms, restrooms, and showers. Between the fitness center and locker rooms is a water fountain with additional restrooms.

Children's Playroom
 

Children (under the age of 14) are required to stay in the colorful hand-painted playroom adjacent to the Fitness Center room during your workout. 
The playroom has a TV, but it is recommended that you bring toys or books to keep your children entertained.  You can keep an eye on your children through the half-door.
