We operate a bit differently from other clubs since we don’t have regular meetings. Instead, we concentrate on four main areas:
Big Events: We organize and participate in major activities such as the boat parade and cruise-ins.
Small Events: We host various smaller gatherings, including lunch groups, walking groups, and a book club. Members also meet for one-time events like live music at local pubs.
Volunteering for Apple Valley Events: We help coordinate volunteers for official Apple Valley events like Trunk or Treat and the Holiday Lighting Contest.
Volunteering for External Events: We also organize volunteers from Apple Valley to support events outside our community, such as the Brews, Blues, and Barbecue festival in Mt. Vernon.
Our social club currently has 500 members, all of whom either live in or own property in Apple Valley.
We prefer to call ourselves the development team instead of officers.
